Use of Our Site – Our terms and conditions govern your use of our website and telephone booking services. By using our site or booking services, you agree to our terms.

Please read our terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept our terms, you must not make a booking.

Eligible Use – You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use our website and booking services. You are not eligible to use our booking services if you are under the age of 18.

Our Services – Our French Maids offer cleaning services ONLY, while wearing sexy outfits or being topless. You will be fully clothed for the duration of their attendance. We offer absolutely NO services of a sexual nature, and physical contact with our French Maids is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data – In order to provide our booking services, we collect a small amount of personal data from you. However, we will dispose of this within 7 days of the cleaning visit having commenced and will never contact you.

Booking Process & Payment – 25% deposit (via mobile pay) must be paid immediately upon booking of the selected service. The remainder of the fee should be paid in cash to the French Maid at the start of their visit.

Customer Responsibilities – It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that their home is safe, secure and a pleasant environment for our French Maids to attend.

Cancellation, No Shows & Refunds – Communication of cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the visit to qualify for a full refund. Cancellation outside of 24 hours will lead to a late cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit paid. Our French Maids will follow the provided instructions to attend your property at the time of booking and will call you up to 3 times in order to handle any unforeseen circumstances. Failure to answer these calls and/or for our French Maid to make the booking will be treated as a No Show and will also lead to a late cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit paid.

Extensions – If you wish to extend the duration of your booking, your French Maid will endeavour to accommodate your request subject to her availability and payment of additional charges at the advertised rate.

Prohibited Use – Our services are for your personal and non-commercial use and must only be used as such. Services to do with any of the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Engaging in any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to illicit or explicit sexual remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behaviour.
  • Infringing upon the privacy rights, property rights or civil rights of your French Maid.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of your French Maid.
  • Engagement in or encouragement for our French Maids to engage in criminal or unlawful conduct.
